Stones are sourced in Madagascar, Sri Lanka and Tanzania and supplied to buyers across nine markets. Every stone is presented the way it is examined: carat, origin and treatment stated plainly. Nothing is dressed up.

Sapphire is the house speciality — and sapphire is not one stone but a family. Corundum takes almost every colour, and RIMASH GEMS works across that range rather than in blue alone.
Colour is the stone
Blue and royal blue from Sri Lanka and Madagascar; teal, green, violet, pink and bi-colour largely from Madagascar; yellow from Sri Lanka. Teal recurs more than any other.
Beyond sapphire
Spinel from Tanzania — Mahenge pink and lavender; chrysoberyl from Madagascar in lemon and smoky tones, and as cat's eye; and moonstone.
Heated and unheated
Both are offered, and which one a stone is gets stated plainly on every piece. Nothing is left implied.
